Vreselijke add-on
Het werkt niet goed. Het is nutteloos. Het is duidelijk een verkooptruc; ze waren helemaal niet van plan om daadwerkelijk een add-on te ontwikkelen waarmee je tijd zou besparen. Luister naar de waarschuwingen van anderen en blijf er vanaf. Trap niet in deze truc.
- Gesprekken worden niet aan gebruikers gekoppeld. De lokale gesprekspartner wordt dus altijd als "onbekend" weergegeven. - Opgenomen gesprekken worden in HubSpot opgeslagen als een willekeurig bestand. Niet als een gespreksopname, zoals je zou verwachten. - Opgenomen gesprekken worden alleen weergegeven als er vóór het gesprek al een contactpersoon is aangemaakt. - Je moet de Ooma Office-desktopapp gebruiken om deze functie te kunnen gebruiken. Het werkt niet op de telefoon. - De HubSpot-add-on in de app is meestal traag bij het opzoeken van het contact. Dus tegen de tijd dat je het nodig hebt, is het nutteloos. - De documentatie is erg slecht of ontbreekt volledig
