Connect your Ooma accounts with HubSpot CRM to preview your customers information on incoming and outgoing calls. Take notes during the call if needed. Records of calls with your clients along with the notes will be automatically created in the HubSpot application.
Recursos
Preview Client Info (Call Pop)
Automatically preview client profiles and associated deals and tickets while making or receiving phone calls. CallerID will be matched with records in HubSpot to display client information without the need to search for the customer record in the CRM.
Take Notes during calls
During the call, the user can take notes and associate them with client, deals and tickets.
Call Activity Logging
Each phone interaction using Desktop Application will be captured in HubSpot for tracking purposes.

A integração não confiável com a HubSpot torna os recursos básicos frustrantes
Não se integra bem ao HubSpot. As páginas de contato raramente são carregadas durante as chamadas, e as gravações ou anotações de chamadas muitas vezes não aparecem no HubSpot. O suporte é amigável, mas não forneceu nenhuma solução de longo prazo, mesmo após várias chamadas sobre diferentes problemas.
