Ha funzionato benissimo per la nostra migrazione da Teamwork Desk a HubSpot con una facile configurazione, anche se la cronologia delle conversazioni non poteva essere trasferita a causa delle limitazioni dell'API di HubSpot.

Se volete che la migrazione dal vostro vecchio sistema di ticketing a HubSpot avvenga senza problemi, non cercate altro che questo strumento. Il team è stato super reattivo e disponibile durante l'intero processo. La migrazione vera e propria non sarebbe potuta andare meglio.

Ci ha permesso di migrare la maggior parte dei nostri ticket e di farli passare attraverso la configurazione prima di chiudere il nostro sistema precedente con una migrazione finale.
Non ci sono grossi svantaggi da segnalare. L'unica cosa che abbiamo notato è che l'Help Desk di HubSpot rispetto a Tickets è variato un po' rispetto a ciò che è stato trasferito. L'oggetto tickets contiene tutte le informazioni, ma c'è un po' di scollamento tra tickets e help desk.
