Funzionalità
Forward SMS to HubSpot & send replies
Forward incoming SMS to HubSpot contacts and send replies directly from the CRM. Stay on top of conversations without switching tools. Two-way SMS sync helps streamline communication and improve response time.
Ticket
During incoming and outgoing calls a ticket will be created in HubSpot, call recording will be added to the ticket
Outgoing calls
Outgoing calls can be initiated through HubSpot interface, calls are made on the bases of Callback - the call first goes to user's extension number and then to client's number. This feature is only available when SalesHub or ServiceHub is connected.
Incoming and outgoing calls via the app
For your convenience, you can use the Zadarma app or interface for incoming and outgoing calls. All incoming calls accepted over the internet are free of charge.
Video Conferencing
You can host video conferences with clients and partners for free

Non li consiglierei a nessuno, hanno avuto problemi ad assegnarmi il numero regionale anche se ho dimostrato che si tratta di uno dei miei indirizzi.

UI non aggiornata sul sito web e problemi per ottenere il numero locale anche se si dispone di documenti che confermano la connessione.

Non consente di risparmiare tempo nella registrazione delle chiamate.

Viene creata automaticamente una registrazione della chiamata
Il record della chiamata deve essere modificato per registrare il risultato. A volte le nuove chiamate non vengono visualizzate e devo aggiornare la pagina di HubSpot. Alla fine, ho dovuto aspettare alcuni minuti prima che i record delle chiamate venissero visualizzati. Quando chiamo il cellulare del contatto, viene creato un nuovo contatto. Sembra che l'estensione o HubSpot non riesca a identificare tutti i campi con i numeri di telefono.
