Forward SMS to HubSpot & send replies
Forward incoming SMS to HubSpot contacts and send replies directly from the CRM. Stay on top of conversations without switching tools. Two-way SMS sync helps streamline communication and improve response time.
Ticket
During incoming and outgoing calls a ticket will be created in HubSpot, call recording will be added to the ticket
Outgoing calls
Outgoing calls can be initiated through HubSpot interface, calls are made on the bases of Callback - the call first goes to user's extension number and then to client's number. This feature is only available when SalesHub or ServiceHub is connected.
Incoming and outgoing calls via the app
For your convenience, you can use the Zadarma app or interface for incoming and outgoing calls. All incoming calls accepted over the internet are free of charge.

HubSpot 측의 문제로 인해 시간을 절약 할 수 없습니다.
통화 기록이 자동으로 생성됩니다.
결과를 기록하려면 통화 기록을 편집해야 합니다. 가끔 새 통화가 표시되지 않아서 HubSpot에서 페이지를 새로 고쳐야 하는 경우가 있습니다. 결국 통화 기록이 표시될 때까지 몇 분을 기다려야 했습니다. 연락처의 휴대폰으로 전화를 걸면 새 연락처가 만들어집니다. 내선 번호 또는 HubSpot이 전화 번호가 있는 모든 필드를 식별하지 못하는 것 같습니다.
