With this integration, HubSpot CRM users are able to call their contacts in one click straight from the browser
During incoming and outgoing calls a client's or partner's pop-up card appears presenting all their details and previous interactions
Integration of call statistics and recordings will allow users to monitor agents' performance, train new employees and help in potential dispute resolution
Automatic incoming call routing to the responsible agent
SMS replies can be sent from within HubSpot, and incoming texts are forwarded straight to the CRM

Features

Forward SMS to HubSpot & send replies
Forward incoming SMS to HubSpot contacts and send replies directly from the CRM. Stay on top of conversations without switching tools. Two-way SMS sync helps streamline communication and improve response time.

Ticket
During incoming and outgoing calls a ticket will be created in HubSpot, call recording will be added to the ticket

Outgoing calls
Outgoing calls can be initiated through HubSpot interface, calls are made on the bases of Callback - the call first goes to user's extension number and then to client's number. This feature is only available when SalesHub or ServiceHub is connected.

Incoming and outgoing calls via the app
For your convenience, you can use the Zadarma app or interface for incoming and outgoing calls. All incoming calls accepted over the internet are free of charge.

It don't save you any time recording calls
It don't save time due to issues on HubSpot side, probably
A record of the call is automatically created
The record of the call must be edited to record the result. Sometimes new calls aren't shown and I have to refresh the page on HubSpot. At the end, I had to wait some minutes for the call records to appear. When I call to the mobile phone of the contact, a new contact is created. It seems that the extension or HubSpot cannot identify all fields with telephone numbers.
