HubSpotにプット・コールを登録しますか
通話ごとに新しいタブが2つ開いてしまい、設定ボタンがないためこれを止める方法がありません。連絡先レコードを開いている場合でも、その通話のためにさらに2つのタブが開いてしまいます。 通話時間の欄が自動入力されず、すべての通話詳細が通話のメモとして追加されます。このため、通話時間の報告ができません。 通話応答画面には発信者の名前が表示されず、タブが開くまで待たなければなりません。

便利な通話記録機能だが、統合プロセスが不便で、説明書も古い。
通話記録が残るのは素晴らしいが、統合までのプロセスは少し奇妙で、強いとは感じない。
