Half Baked
Only using it because we have no other option.
Does put calls in HubSpot
Pops two new tabs on every call, with no way to stop it as there are no setting buttons. Even when you have the contacts record open it will pop two more tabs for the call. Does not fill in call duration for the call, adds all the call details as a note to the call. This makes reporting on call time impossible. Does not show the caller's name in the call answer box you have to wait for the tab to open.

Useful call logging feature but integration process feels clunky and instructions are outdated
While it is great to have the calls logged, the process to integrate is a little strange and doesn't feel strong.
