Sync Zendesk users and organizations without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot via Smart Transfer, so agents have full context in every ticket.

업데이트를 위해 완전히 되돌려야 하는 불편한 대화 전송 제한으로 인해 간편한 동기화 기능이 손상되었습니다.
회사, 연락처 및 티켓을 쉽게 동기화 할 수 있지만 대화는 동기화되지 않고 전송만 가능하며 전송을 업데이트 할 수 없습니다 - 전체 전송을 되돌리고 다시 전송해야합니다 - 스마트 전송이 아닙니다 ;).
