Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot via Smart Transfer, so agents have full context in every ticket.

Facilitou a integração de dados entre as ferramentas
Rápido e fácil de utilizar, porém apresentou alguns erros incoerentes com os critérios selecionados. Um dos exemplos foi indicar como erro que a empresa já existia no Zendesk, sendo que os critérios definidos eram justamente para atualizar empresas já existentes. Ou seja, a existência da empresa era uma condição esperada para a execução da ação.
