Sync Zendesk users and organizations without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to also sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot, so agents have full context in every ticket.

Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Zendesk. Ticket sync is one-way.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or up. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Grote teleurstelling over integratie - de belangrijkste functie ontbreekt om onze workflow te centraliseren
De integratie heeft één kritieke fout: het synchroniseert geen ticket antwoorden of activiteiten van Zendesk naar HubSpot, wat de belangrijkste reden was om deze integratie te willen. Het idee was om de toegang tot gegevens te centraliseren en te vergemakkelijken op één plek, HubSpot, maar onze gebruikers zullen nog steeds tussen beide platforms moeten springen om een volledige context te krijgen van ticketupdates.
Zichtbaarheid en koppeling van tickets aan contactpersonen, bedrijven en deals (via workflows).
