Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot via Smart Transfer, so agents have full context in every ticket.

Major integration disappointment - missing the key feature that would actually centralize our workflow
The integration has one critical flaw: it does not sync ticket replies or activities from Zendesk into HubSpot, which was the main reason for wanting this integration. The idea was to centralize and ease access to data in one place, HubSpot, but our users will still have to jump between both platforms to get a full context on ticket updates.
Ticket visibility and association to contacts, companies, and deals (via workflows).
No ticket activity, replies.
