Misleading documentation, broken features, chatbot-only support, and forced overpriced email bundles make this a complete waste of $38
The software does not operate as shown in their screenshots or described in their step-by-step guide. If there’s some “other way” to make it work, it’s certainly not the way they explain it — and the documentation is misleading at best. When I reached out to support, I was met with a chatbot that only gave copy-paste answers, with no real help or troubleshooting. Zero live assistance, zero accountability. To make matters worse, they advertise 250 free emails to start but force you to buy a block of 5,000 emails even if you need far fewer. There’s no flexible pricing, no scaling based on actual usage — just a push to overspend on something you don’t need. At $38, it’s not worth it. Between the poor instructions, lack of real support, and rigid, overpriced email requirements, you’re better off looking elsewhere.

Very good tool with good and simple INtegration
The function is simple and straightforward. I find out whether my email is being received or whether there could be various problems and risks. So if you want to optimize your bounce and opening rates, this is definitely a good thing to do.
Very easy to integrate
It took a while for the corresponding lists to be transferred back to HubSpot. This initially caused us some "confusion".
