Smooth SMS setup that works exactly how you expect
We have a big SMS volume in the US, so having Twilio texts show up directly inside the HubSpot Inbox was a huge help. It saved us time and feels like a built-in feature, not a third party tool.
Contact matching works instantly and the setup was super fast. Everything fits smoothly into our usual HubSpot workflows, and support has been quick.
The paywall wasn't clear at first, but we found out there's a free trial and you can cancel anytime.

Frustrating setup process with confusing upgrade path and account connection issues
It made me connect the Octo app but wouldn't let me select my account. Then when I tried to upgrade to the omni-channel option, it was confusing and there was no clear way to do so.
