Twilio SMS by Octopods lets you connect as many Twilio phone numbers to your HubSpot Help Desk or Inbox.
This integration leverages the HubSpot CRM to:
Sync all conversations from your Twilio SMS phone numbers
Track your Twilio SMS conversations and inquiries.
Engage and reply to your SMS customers right from your HubSpot Help Desk or Inbox.
Automatically sync or create Twilio contacts with HubSpot contacts using phone numbers.
Integration features
Connect your Twilio phone numbers to your desired HubSpot Inbox using the Octopods integration.
Receive your Twilio SMS messages, and reply back to those Twilio conversations with text, media, and more - all from your HubSpot Inbox.
Our integration automatically assigns incoming Twilio messages to existing contacts in your HubSpot inbox, or creates new ones if they don’t already exist, based on the incoming phone number.
Just as you install the integration into your HubSpot, Octopods will create an account for you with the same email you're signed in with HubSpot.
