Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot via Smart Transfer, so agents have full context in every ticket.

Easy sync functionality marred by frustrating conversation transfer limitations that require complete reverts for updates
It allows for easy sync of companies, contacts and tickets, but conversations are not synced, just transfered, whit no possibility to update transfer - have to revert the whole transfer and make the transfer again - not much of a smart transfer ;)
