Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.
Conversation history syncing: Choose to sync back-and-forth ticket conversations from Zendesk into HubSpot via Smart Transfer, so agents have full context in every ticket.

It facilitated data integration between the tools
Quick and easy to use, but it produced some errors that were inconsistent with the selected criteria. One example was flagging as an error the fact that the company already existed in Zendesk, even though the defined criteria were specifically intended to update existing companies. In other words, the company’s existence was an expected condition for the action to be performed.
