Two-way sync: Data is shared between Zendesk and HubSpot in real time
Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen. Archived tickets will not sync.

Easy Contact Import Makes Life Better

Frustrating Mapping Issues Force Switch to Custom Solution
Even if it is determined that the mapping must be done based on the name (by disabling the domain), the Zendesk domain remains the primary key used for mapping. Furthermore, in the event of a mapping error, it is impossible to remove the link without uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Finally, the link between objects is created even for objects that are not part of the rule. We gave up and decided to build a custom connector.
