The platform includes Quick Research, a deep research feature that generates comprehensive, exportable reports by analyzing both internal data and the internet. Users can build and deploy custom Chat Agents with domain-specific knowledge and instructions, which can be shared across teams.

Amazon Quick Flows allows users to automate repetitive tasks using AI-powered, pre-defined workflows described in natural language. Quick Automate extends this further by enabling complex, multi-step workflow automation across enterprise systems.

Spaces provide collaborative knowledge workspaces where teams can organize files, dashboards, datasets, and knowledge bases in one place.

The platform integrates with popular enterprise tools — including HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Outlook, Zoom, and more — through Action Connectors that allow users to take actions directly from chat. The HubSpot integration connects to HubSpot CRM through the HubSpot MCP server, enabling users to interact with their CRM data using natural language. Supported capabilities include both read and write operations — users can retrieve and list contacts, companies, deals, and tickets, as well as create and update CRM records, log activities, and manage marketing content. The connection is secured via OAuth and respects existing HubSpot user permissions throughout.
