Exceeded Expectations drastically

We had a great time working with Julian and the OTF team. They are extremely consultative and helpful as we migrated from Close to HubSpot. They helped us get the most out of our CRM and reduce the amount of manual effort. Julian is a great project manager, making sure we are all on track and that he clearly communicates expectations. I would work with OTF again, and hope to, if the opportunity presents itself.

Not Honest

I got suckered. I signed up for their "👉 1 Month Trial of their HubSpot Support Services" - they produced ZERO deliverables in the month and charged me for a second month. They brought in a second HubSpot consultant 2 weeks into the first month. I then had to "re-onboard" the second person and they charged me for the hours needed to get the second person up to speed.

Easy to work with and very proficient!

Working with Julian has been a great experience. Every meeting ran smoothly. They did a great job of project management and setting expecations. ClickUp (their project management tool was easy to use). Each task was completed in a timely manor. I have self implemented solutions in the past and I can say with confidence having a partner who can help support implementation is the way to go and what I will be doing every time going forward. Looking forward to working with OTF should a need arise.

Great Support to Our Team

We have a small team and OTF has been a great resource for us to increase our bandwidth, identify blindspots, and accomplish data cleanup tasks in parallel with other day-to-day business operations. Highly recommend!

When HubSpot won't support you

We were explicitly told by HubSpot to not buy onboarding from them, so we found OTF - honestly probably the better option. Flexible, fair, and a custom plan with global experts who provide a much better service and support. Pleasantly pleased!
