Great First Experience

OTF provided us with Julian, as our Project Manager and he was very patient with us. We could have been more prepared, and it would have made the process much easier, but Julian kept us moving forward and thoroughly explained every part of the process. Julian gave great suggestions regarding our flowchart as we had not yet developed one prior to speaking with OTF. We appreciate all the work that Julian and his team were able to accomplish in such a short time with us.

HubSpot Finally Makes Sense!

Working with On The Fuze has been an amazing experience from start to finish. Arturo, our incredible project manager, and helped us with a variety of issues we had and functions such as using automations and syncing HubSpot with other external APIs. As a non-profit, we don't use HubSpot in some of it's more traditional ways; OTF truly takes the time to understand YOUR business and it's unique needs in order to adjust and tailor their strategy to serve you best. Not only did Arturo and his team help us clean up and organize our HubSpot data, but they also trained us on how to effectively use and understand its features. Working with OTF has been a great experience, and I have to give special recognition to our project manager, Jose. He’s incredibly organized, responsive, and truly dedicated — I’m convinced he’s available around the clock. OTF uses ClickUp to manage projects, and Jose has that system dialed in. He keeps our many active projects running smoothly and knows exactly how to bring structure to the chaos. If you’re considering On the Fuze, go for it. They simplify HubSpot implementation and give you a system your team can actually use and scale—without draining internal resources. Their team is also friendly, knowledgeable, prompt to respond, and organized. We worked closely with Camilo, and he was great at keeping tasks and projects on track while helping us troubleshoot complex system usage needs. As OTF is more of a tactical implementation partner vs a white glove implementation partner, you will benefit most from their services if you enter the partnership with a solid understanding and a detailed outline of your existing processes and how they need to be systematized. Based on that recommendation, my advice for newbies to HubSpot is to focus first on migrating your CRM data and aligning on the usage of properties and the KPIs that will rely on those properties, before moving on to setting up and using your individual Hubs.
