🇵🇹 We hired YouLead on the basis of its status as a certified HubSpot partner. Throughout the contractual relationship, we recorded a consistent and documented pattern of failures: integration requests provided for in the contract circulated to six different people without anyone taking responsibility; formally requested trainings twice that were never scheduled; promised reports that never arrived; entire weeks without any response on urgent matters. The DC team was forced to take on tasks internally that were YouLead's contractual responsibility. The HubSpot premium partner label does not reflect the quality of the service provided by this company. Companies that value execution, responsibility and respect for the client should look elsewhere. 🇬🇧 We hired YouLead because of their HubSpot certified partner status. In the end, our team had to pick up operational work that was explicitly YouLead's contractual responsibility. The HubSpot premium partner badge sets a clear expectation. YouLead does not live up to it. If execution, accountability, and basic client respect matter to your business, look elsewhere.
