Sprout Social’s powerful social customer care functionality now integrates with HubSpot to allow bidirectional communication on Contacts and Tickets between Sprout and HubSpot.

Connecting your Sprout and HubSpot accounts makes it possible to streamline communication between your social and customer care teams. Once connected, Sprout users will be able to:

  • Create or link an existing HubSpot Contact to a social profile from Sprout
  • Send updates to existing Contacts to HubSpot
  • View existing Tickets associated with a linked Contact in Sprout
  • Create new HubSpot Tickets from Sprout

SproutSocial Automation in HubSpot

We are working with a number of clients in the insurance, retail and automotive industry. They are considering Sprout Social, but there is only one problem we encounter and that is the automation of tickets into HubSpot Service Hub. Currently, it is done manually. However, would it be possible to consider an automation where tickets can be automatically created in Sprout Social and pushed to HubSpot if any negative sentiment or high-volume engagement is detected for a client? Currently, you still have to jump between Sprout and HubSpot where someone needs to create a ticket in Sprout first. I have logged this with Sprout Social and they responded with: To confirm, unfortunately, Salesforce is the only integration Sprout is currently able to fully auto-flow cases for. Pushing cases to HubSpot would continue to be manual in our platform. I'm certainly happy to put in a feature request for future platform enhancement for you, however, and will do so after this ticket closes. This will be a big win for HubSpot on the social media side.

No real value by tracking personal LinkedIn interactivity

No impact. Personal tracking of LinkedIn activity not possible. Would be our main usage to build single LinkedIn streams of the owner.
