Our NPS survey implementation was the latest project we've partnered with Simple Strat on, and they did their usual exceptional job. Alexis was our main point of contact for this project, and her knowledge and expertise related to HubSpot in general, and feedback surveys in particular was fantastic. Alexis was great to work with, got the project done on budget and ahead of schedule, and was always available for questions and on demand support!

Training and assisting with the migration of the customer database to HubSpot

So great, I partnered with them twice!

I implemented HubSpot at my previous employer through a different HubSpot partner. After a year or so, we realized we needed to enhance the system. This time, we partnered with Simple Strat to "Fix my HubSpot" and enhance the platform. Working with Camille at Simple Strat has been genuinely great. She has very strong HubSpot knowledge, but what really stands out is how practical and thoughtful she is in applying it. She takes the time to understand how our systems actually work and helps build solutions that make sense long term. Our custom object migration honestly wouldn’t have been possible without her support.
