Great company to work with!

Lean Labs helped us to develop a brand new website, but the real value came in the process we went through with them to review and revamp our messaging and positioning. The whole team is great and very knowledgeable on both HubSpot and marketing as well as being very responsive to our requests, despite our time difference. Would definitely recommend Lean Labs to anyone looking for help with their marketing - and we're even starting another project with them now we've finished the first one!

Working with Lean Labs has been a true pleasure for our company, and working with Bradley in particular has been nothing short of superb. From ideation to execution, he played a critical role in transforming our website through key updates and overhauls, including our homepage, product listing page, individual product pages, risk areas, and the navigation and footer redesign. His expertise didn’t stop there—he also enabled us to scale these updates seamlessly across all eight regional sites, ensuring consistency and performance globally. One of Bradley’s greatest contributions was empowering our team to become more self-sufficient. By building and training us on the Sprocket Rocket modules, he gave us the tools and confidence to create landing pages and web content independently. His thoughtful approach to training made a significant impact on our ability to move quickly and efficiently. Beyond the large-scale projects, Bradley was always available to assist with smaller, more technical tweaks that required direct coding. His responsiveness and willingness to step in wherever needed ensured that no issue went unresolved for long. Without Bradley’s talent, dedication, and collaborative approach, we wouldn’t have achieved the level of success we did this year. His partnership has been integral to our progress, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the support he provided.

Our migration would've been impossible without Lean Labs

Over the summer we had a really difficult choice: accept rising costs from our incumbent automation platform and the two other tools we needed to run it, or somehow attempt a 30-day migration into HubSpot. Having worked with Lean Labs previously, they were my first thought when I needed a team to help us figure out if this was even possible. From the start, Kevin Barber understood what we were looking for, the urgency and risks involved with our timeline, and put together the exact right scope to give us the resources to get it done. The scoping process was expedited but thorough, and I was able to rely on his years of experience migrating into HubSpot to make sure we checked all the boxes on what we needed. He gave us great options on speed, scope, and pricing, and we agreed on a strong plan that we were confident would meet our deadline and stand up our HubSpot platform for success on day 1. Lean Labs brought in Daniel and Edward to strategize, migrate, and optimize our HubSpot platform, and from the start they were well prepared, highly experienced in this exact type of migration, and focused on our deadline and goals. They reviewed our data, assets to be migrated, and helped us decide what we really needed and what we didn't. The data migration was flawless, our integration setup to our CRM was precise and didn't disrupt our source of truth, and all our marketing assets like forms, emails, and workflows were rebuilt quickly and accurately in HubSpot. Any time we had a question, concern, or feedback, they worked hard to fix any problems and make sure we stayed on track. Our team had mixed levels of experience in HubSpot, and Daniel made sure to provide hands-on guidance on where certain tools lived and how they worked. Not only did we make our 30-day deadline, we swapped over a day early, thanks to Lean Labs. Two months in, our HubSpot is running smoothly, tech stack is simplified, software costs are lower, and the whole team gets to work together in a single marketing tool. I can't recommend Lean Labs enough to any organization looking to migrate marketing platforms, build their website in HubSpot, or improve their SEO strategy. With this being my third project with Lean Labs, I expected a great result as usual, but given the time crunch and risk involved, they went above and beyond to get us across the finish line. Really appreciate the whole team involved and hope we get to work together again in the future!
