Otroligt hjälpsam.
Detta gör att vi enkelt kan lägga till sammanhang i CRM-objekt med hjälp av automatisering. Lite fantastiskt att det inte har varit på plats tidigare, men pojke är jag glad att det är här nu.
Lägger till kontext till CRM-objekt automatiskt.
Det går inte att fästa den skapade anteckningen högst upp i aktivitetsflödet.

Fixes my problems in a satisfying way
Does what it's supposed to do, but i would like to see an option of adding the notes to several objects at the same time. You have to create different workflows if you want notes to be associated to multiple objects. It would also be cool if you could choose if the note should be pinned or not using the automation.
We use it to create a note from properties filled in by our sales team, so the information is easily accessible for everyone.
Easy to use, you can use personalization tokens from associated objects to enrich the notes.
Limited to only adding notes to a single object at a time, no feature to pin notes directly from the automation.
