This allows us to easily add context to CRM objects using automation. Kind of amazing that it hasn't been in place previously, but boy am I glad it's here now.

Does what it's supposed to do, but i would like to see an option of adding the notes to several objects at the same time. You have to create different workflows if you want notes to be associated to multiple objects. It would also be cool if you could choose if the note should be pinned or not using the automation.

We use it to create a note from properties filled in by our sales team, so the information is easily accessible for everyone.

Easy to use, you can use personalization tokens from associated objects to enrich the notes.

Limited to only adding notes to a single object at a time, no feature to pin notes directly from the automation.
