During a recent website development project, Novelli employed Concentrate’s services, and we found them friendly, accommodating and responsive. We were building our new website inhouse (with a limited budget and within a short timeframe) but we don't quite have the technical expertise to do everything ourselves. Concentrate agreed to provide support in the areas where we needed assistance - namely setting up the site system pages, pre-launch testing and ad-hoc assistance with some of the more technical aspects of the HubSpot Marketplace theme we had purchased. I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Hadyn and Yan on this project and found them great to deal with. Since then, we have had no hesitation in using their services for a couple of other digital marketing projects and they have, once again, provided valuable assistance.

They've helped us mostly with digital campaigns and with HubSpot helping us get to a point where we can run effective lead gen campaigns AND managed the resulting leads with a coordinated marketing and sales collaboration. When we started with Concentrate our lead management was done mostly in spreadsheets. This was inefficient and unsustainable, leads were slipping through the cracks and we knew it. Gavin was incredible in helping us sort out our lead qualification framework, pipelines and reporting in HubSpot. Along the way he was an incredible thought partner and coach. He not only built what we needed but taught us how to use it and trained me up to a point where I could train the rest of the team. This added so much value to the work we did together and helped me ensure the processes we built could be used across the team over time, everything was well documented and clear.
