Professionele, soepele en goed uitgevoerde HubSpot-migratie

We hebben onlangs Concentrate ingeschakeld voor een complexe migratie en samenvoeging van twee HubSpot instanties, en de hele ervaring was uitstekend. Het project werd van begin tot eind soepel afgehandeld, met duidelijke communicatie, sterke technische capaciteiten en een goed begrip van onze vereisten. Een speciaal bedankje voor Mevuni en Maria, die gedurende het hele proces uitmuntend waren. Ze waren georganiseerd, ontvankelijk en proactief in het identificeren van potentiële problemen voordat het problemen werden. Hun aandacht voor detail en toewijding om alles in orde te krijgen maakte een groot verschil. Over het geheel genomen heeft Concentrate precies geleverd wat we nodig hadden, met professionaliteit en zorg. Ik raad hun team ten zeerste aan voor al het werk dat HubSpot met zich meebrengt.

Deal-functie, automatisering en rapporten

We hebben de afgelopen 12 maanden twee projecten afgerond met Concentrate en zijn erg blij met het resultaat en de ondersteuning. Het team hielp ons bij het opzetten van onze eerste Deals-functie en ondersteunde later verbeteringen met automatiseringen, omzetberekeningen en rapportage/dashboards. Ik vond vooral het out-of-the-box denken en het vinden van oplossingen voor wat we wilden bereiken erg prettig.

Geweldige end-to-end ondersteuning

We werken al sinds 2015 met Concentrate en hebben ze altijd uitstekend gevonden. Toen we onze website wilden upgraden, was het logisch om over te stappen naar HubSpot met de ondersteuning van Concentrate. Ze maakten het ons erg gemakkelijk. Aan het begin deden ze een uitstekende beoordeling van onze huidige situatie en aanbevolen strategie, die op natuurlijke wijze overliep in het ontwerp en de bouw van de site. De communicatie en samenwerking verliep uitstekend en we zijn erg blij met onze site. Ze helpen ons ook met andere lopende zaken zoals lead magnets, waarbij hun kennis van onze strategie, business model en systemen erg waardevol is.

Succes website project!

We werken al meer dan 7 jaar samen met Concentrate. Onlangs hebben we een nieuw websiteproject met Concentrate afgerond. We waren erg blij met zowel het projectmanagement als het eindresultaat - onze fantastische nieuwe website. We bevelen Concentrate graag aan bij andere bedrijven die hun website willen optimaliseren en genieten van het proces!

Providing a helping hand with ad-hoc technical support

During a recent website development project, Novelli employed Concentrate’s services, and we found them friendly, accommodating and responsive. We were building our new website inhouse (with a limited budget and within a short timeframe) but we don't quite have the technical expertise to do everything ourselves. Concentrate agreed to provide support in the areas where we needed assistance - namely setting up the site system pages, pre-launch testing and ad-hoc assistance with some of the more technical aspects of the HubSpot Marketplace theme we had purchased. I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Hadyn and Yan on this project and found them great to deal with. Since then, we have had no hesitation in using their services for a couple of other digital marketing projects and they have, once again, provided valuable assistance.

A divine redesign: New Angel Bay website

I've been fortunate enough to work with Concentrate in both my previous role at Jade Software and my current job at ANZCO Foods. Greg and Owen have created an amazing close-knit team that are hugely experienced in their domains, but more importantly are just great people. We've just launched a new website for our Angel Bay brand that I'm hugely proud of, and that wouldn't have been possible without the skills and hard work of Pat, Yan, Greg, Liz, Achan and the team that worked on it for us.

CRM migration success

We had a good experience working with the concentrate team to migrate from Zoho to HubSpot. Their team were very responsive throughout the project, communicated well and were flexible around our evolving needs.

From Spreadsheet to HubSpot

20204 has seen us fully transition from spreadsheets to HubSpot. We reviewed and played around with a few CRM systems before committing to HubSpot and we new the best way forward was to get experts involved in helping to get it right for our business - This is where Concentrate stepped in. The value Concentrate added was optimising HubSpot for our two global offerings (consulting and products). The Concentrate team were able to work across multiple time zones, holding group and one to one sessions to ensure they understood what we required. This was no easy feat but at the end of the three month process we can see the value we will gain from multiple levels within our business. It’s now up to us to jump in boots and all. Concentrate has been a huge help in cleaning up our HubSpot and optimising the efficiency of the tooling. From the outset they dove in with professionalism striving to find a solution that worked for us. Even with a bit of a unique approach to our market and HubSpot usage, the Concentrate team took the time to really understand our business and processes, and we were able to work through things easily.
