Ammattimainen, sujuva ja hyvin toteutettu HubSpot-siirtymä

Palkkasimme äskettäin Concentraten hoitamaan kahden HubSpot-instanssin monimutkaisen migraation ja yhdistämisen, ja koko kokemus oli erinomainen. Hanke hoidettiin sujuvasti alusta loppuun, ja viestintä oli selkeää, tekniset valmiudet olivat vahvat ja vaatimukset todella ymmärrettiin. Erityiskiitos Mevunille ja Marialle, jotka olivat erinomaisia koko prosessin ajan. He olivat järjestelmällisiä, reagoivat nopeasti ja havaitsivat ennakoivasti mahdolliset ongelmat ennen kuin niistä tuli ongelmia. Heidän huomionsa yksityiskohtiin ja sitoutumisensa siihen, että kaikki meni oikein, tekivät suuren eron. Kaiken kaikkiaan Concentrate toimitti juuri sen, mitä tarvitsimme, ammattimaisesti ja huolellisesti. Suosittelen heidän tiimiään kaikkiin HubSpot-töihin.

Kaupankäyntitoiminnot, automaatio ja raportit

Olemme toteuttaneet kaksi hanketta Concentraten kanssa viimeisten 12 kuukauden aikana, ja olemme olleet erittäin tyytyväisiä tulokseen ja tukeen. Tiimi auttoi meitä perustamaan ensimmäisen Deals-toimintomme, ja myöhemmin se tuki parannuksia automaatioilla, tulolaskelmilla ja raportoinnilla/mittaristoilla. Pidin erityisesti siitä, että he ajattelivat ennakkoluulottomasti ja löysivät ratkaisuja siihen, mitä halusimme saavuttaa.

Suuri end-to-end-tuki

Olemme työskennelleet Concentraten kanssa vuodesta 2015, ja olemme aina pitäneet heitä erinomaisina. Kun halusimme päivittää verkkosivustomme, oli järkevää siirtyä HubSpotiin Concentraten tuella. He tekivät siitä erittäin helppoa. Aluksi he tekivät erinomaisen katsauksen nykytilanteestamme ja strategiasuosituksen, joka luonnollisesti virtasi sivuston suunnitteluun ja rakentamiseen. Viestintä ja yhteistyö olivat koko ajan erinomaista, ja olemme erittäin tyytyväisiä sivustoomme. He auttavat meitä myös muissa meneillään olevissa asioissa, kuten lyijymagneeteissa, joissa heidän tietämyksensä strategiastamme, liiketoimintamallistamme ja järjestelmistämme on erittäin arvokasta.

Verkkosivuprojektin onnistuminen!

Olemme työskennelleet Concentraten kanssa yli 7 vuotta. Saimme hiljattain päätökseen uuden verkkosivustoprojektin Concentraten kanssa. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä sekä verkkosivuston rakentamisen projektinhallintaan että lopputulokseen - upeaan uuteen verkkosivustoomme. Suosittelemme Concentratea mielellämme muille yrityksille, jotka haluavat optimoida verkkosivustonsa ja nauttia prosessista!

Providing a helping hand with ad-hoc technical support

During a recent website development project, Novelli employed Concentrate’s services, and we found them friendly, accommodating and responsive. We were building our new website inhouse (with a limited budget and within a short timeframe) but we don't quite have the technical expertise to do everything ourselves. Concentrate agreed to provide support in the areas where we needed assistance - namely setting up the site system pages, pre-launch testing and ad-hoc assistance with some of the more technical aspects of the HubSpot Marketplace theme we had purchased. I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Hadyn and Yan on this project and found them great to deal with. Since then, we have had no hesitation in using their services for a couple of other digital marketing projects and they have, once again, provided valuable assistance.

A divine redesign: New Angel Bay website

I've been fortunate enough to work with Concentrate in both my previous role at Jade Software and my current job at ANZCO Foods. Greg and Owen have created an amazing close-knit team that are hugely experienced in their domains, but more importantly are just great people. We've just launched a new website for our Angel Bay brand that I'm hugely proud of, and that wouldn't have been possible without the skills and hard work of Pat, Yan, Greg, Liz, Achan and the team that worked on it for us.

CRM migration success

We had a good experience working with the concentrate team to migrate from Zoho to HubSpot. Their team were very responsive throughout the project, communicated well and were flexible around our evolving needs.

Support That Makes a Difference!

Transitioning from our old marketing system to HubSpot was a big task. The support and expertise from the team at Concentrate were invaluable throughout the process! They provided ongoing guidance and support every step of the way. Their team's ability to find solutions to meet our unique system and branding requirements is impressive and truly made all the difference. From Spreadsheet to HubSpot

20204 has seen us fully transition from spreadsheets to HubSpot. We reviewed and played around with a few CRM systems before committing to HubSpot and we new the best way forward was to get experts involved in helping to get it right for our business - This is where Concentrate stepped in. The value Concentrate added was optimising HubSpot for our two global offerings (consulting and products). The Concentrate team were able to work across multiple time zones, holding group and one to one sessions to ensure they understood what we required. This was no easy feat but at the end of the three month process we can see the value we will gain from multiple levels within our business. It’s now up to us to jump in boots and all. Thanks Concentrate for the journey so far.

A real partner for HubSpot

Concentrate has been a huge help in cleaning up our HubSpot and optimising the efficiency of the tooling. From the outset they dove in with professionalism striving to find a solution that worked for us. Even with a bit of a unique approach to our market and HubSpot usage, the Concentrate team took the time to really understand our business and processes, and we were able to work through things easily. They were there to support us every step of the way, answering any questions we had and helping us find ways to make things work the way we wanted. Their training sessions were fantastic, re-iterating on the basics and really showcasing areas we could use our existing hubs differently to support our team and streamline operations.
