Abbiamo completato due progetti con Concentrate negli ultimi 12 mesi e siamo stati molto soddisfatti del risultato e del supporto. Il team ci ha aiutato a impostare la nostra prima funzione Deals e in seguito ha supportato i miglioramenti con le automazioni, i calcoli dei ricavi e i report/dashboard. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il modo di pensare fuori dagli schemi e di trovare soluzioni per ciò che volevamo ottenere.

Ottimo supporto end-to-end

Lavoriamo con Concentrate dal 2015 e li abbiamo sempre trovati eccellenti. Quando abbiamo voluto aggiornare il nostro sito web ha avuto senso passare a HubSpot con il supporto di Concentrate. Hanno reso la cosa molto semplice. All'inizio ci hanno fatto un'eccellente analisi della nostra situazione attuale e ci hanno consigliato una strategia, che è confluita naturalmente nella progettazione e nella realizzazione del sito. La comunicazione e la collaborazione sono state eccellenti e siamo molto soddisfatti del nostro sito. Ci stanno aiutando anche con altre questioni in corso, come i lead magnet, dove la loro conoscenza della nostra strategia, del modello di business e dei sistemi è molto preziosa.

Lavoriamo con Concentrate da oltre 7 anni. Di recente abbiamo completato un progetto di costruzione di un nuovo sito web con Concentrate. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia della gestione del progetto di costruzione del sito web che del risultato finale - il nostro fantastico nuovo sito web. Saremmo lieti di raccomandare Concentrate ad altre aziende che desiderano ottimizzare il proprio sito web e godersi il processo!

Providing a helping hand with ad-hoc technical support

During a recent website development project, Novelli employed Concentrate’s services, and we found them friendly, accommodating and responsive. We were building our new website inhouse (with a limited budget and within a short timeframe) but we don't quite have the technical expertise to do everything ourselves. Concentrate agreed to provide support in the areas where we needed assistance - namely setting up the site system pages, pre-launch testing and ad-hoc assistance with some of the more technical aspects of the HubSpot Marketplace theme we had purchased. I had the pleasure of dealing primarily with Hadyn and Yan on this project and found them great to deal with. Since then, we have had no hesitation in using their services for a couple of other digital marketing projects and they have, once again, provided valuable assistance.

A divine redesign: New Angel Bay website

I've been fortunate enough to work with Concentrate in both my previous role at Jade Software and my current job at ANZCO Foods. Greg and Owen have created an amazing close-knit team that are hugely experienced in their domains, but more importantly are just great people. We've just launched a new website for our Angel Bay brand that I'm hugely proud of, and that wouldn't have been possible without the skills and hard work of Pat, Yan, Greg, Liz, Achan and the team that worked on it for us.

CRM migration success

We had a good experience working with the concentrate team to migrate from Zoho to HubSpot. Their team were very responsive throughout the project, communicated well and were flexible around our evolving needs.

From Spreadsheet to HubSpot

20204 has seen us fully transition from spreadsheets to HubSpot. We reviewed and played around with a few CRM systems before committing to HubSpot and we new the best way forward was to get experts involved in helping to get it right for our business - This is where Concentrate stepped in. The value Concentrate added was optimising HubSpot for our two global offerings (consulting and products). The Concentrate team were able to work across multiple time zones, holding group and one to one sessions to ensure they understood what we required. This was no easy feat but at the end of the three month process we can see the value we will gain from multiple levels within our business. It’s now up to us to jump in boots and all. Thanks Concentrate for the journey so far.

A real partner for HubSpot

Concentrate has been a huge help in cleaning up our HubSpot and optimising the efficiency of the tooling. From the outset they dove in with professionalism striving to find a solution that worked for us. Even with a bit of a unique approach to our market and HubSpot usage, the Concentrate team took the time to really understand our business and processes, and we were able to work through things easily. They were there to support us every step of the way, answering any questions we had and helping us find ways to make things work the way we wanted. Their training sessions were fantastic, re-iterating on the basics and really showcasing areas we could use our existing hubs differently to support our team and streamline operations. Working with Gavin and the Concentrate team has massively lifted our team's capability. They've helped us mostly with digital campaigns and with HubSpot helping us get to a point where we can run effective lead gen campaigns AND managed the resulting leads with a coordinated marketing and sales collaboration. When we started with Concentrate our lead management was done mostly in spreadsheets. This was inefficient and unsustainable, leads were slipping through the cracks and we knew it. Gavin was incredible in helping us sort out our lead qualification framework, pipelines and reporting in HubSpot. Along the way he was an incredible thought partner and coach. He not only built what we needed but taught us how to use it and trained me up to a point where I could train the rest of the team. This added so much value to the work we did together and helped me ensure the processes we built could be used across the team over time, everything was well documented and clear. Lisa's quick comms on campaign work were also massively appreciated and helped us get lead gen efforts into a new market quickly. Both Lisa and Gav and the whole team were incredible to work with and true partners every step of the way!
