No apto para principiantes

Empezaré con una confesión: como empresa éramos desorganizados y a veces nos faltaba concentración, las alegrías de ser una empresa en transición de start-up a scale-up. Pixel empezó muy bien y claramente conoce HubSpot a la perfección, para cualquiera que esté remotamente familiarizado con la plataforma pueden elevarte de bueno a genial muy rápidamente. Nuestro problema es que nadie internamente ha tenido mucha, o ninguna, experiencia con la plataforma. Lo que se hizo evidente rápidamente es que Pixel Lab quería mostrarnos todo lo que podía hacer, todas las maravillosas automatizaciones, flujos de trabajo y el potencial que puede desbloquear. Lo que necesitábamos era un curso intensivo para principiantes de nivel 101 que nos ayudara a configurar las cosas correctamente, nos ayudara a acostumbrarnos a la plataforma y luego pasara a funciones más avanzadas a medida que ganáramos confianza. En varias ocasiones pedimos que se ralentizaran las cosas, pero en cada ocasión la conversación volvía a girar en torno a lo que podía hacer, no a lo que necesitábamos de ella. Ahora que nuestro periodo de integración ha llegado a su fin, hemos tenido que contratar a un consultor externo para que nos ayude a configurar las cosas como necesitamos, lo que, en retrospectiva, probablemente podría haberse evitado.

Highly knowledgeable and supportive

Pixel Lab took us through the implementation and onboarding of Sales & Customer service hubs. This included helping us migrate information from a previous platform and ensure we set HubSpot up correctly to capture and report on our requirements. Claudia was amazingly knowledgeable, not only on the platform, but in guiding us through how it could work better for us if we slightly amended our processes. She made the transition as painless as possible.

Thorough onboarding, great service

Danielle R was very knowledgeable and the sessions were structured well and informative. When I asked a few random questions that she couldn't answer, Danielle went away and found out the answer, always emailing me within a couple of hours. The sessions were very interactive and I'm sure the video of each session will come in useful in future.
