Bygga en försäljningstratt från grunden

Att arbeta med Danielle på Pixel Lab har varit en absolut game-changer. Hon hjälpte mig att bygga en komplett marknadsföringstratt från grunden och gjorde det som ursprungligen kändes överväldigande helt hanterbart. Hennes expertis med HubSpot är imponerande - hon visade mig enkla, praktiska sätt att använda plattformen som redan har gjort en enorm skillnad i hur vi hanterar leads och kampanjer. Det som verkligen stod ut var dock Danielles professionalism och vänlighet under hela processen. Hon arbetade utifrån mitt schema, var alltid tålmodig och tydlig i sina förklaringar och såg till att jag kände mig stöttad i varje steg. Det är sällsynt att hitta någon som inte bara är mycket skicklig utan också genuint omtänksam och lätt att arbeta med. Om du letar efter någon som verkligen vet hur man hjälper till och bryr sig om din framgång, kan jag inte rekommendera Danielle tillräckligt mycket!

Inte lämplig för nybörjare

Jag ska börja med en bekännelse - som företag var vi oorganiserade och saknade fokus ibland - glädjen med att vara ett företag som övergår från start-up till scale-up. Pixel började bra och känner tydligt HubSpot inifrån och ut, för alla som på distans känner till plattformen kan de lyfta dig från bra till bra mycket snabbt. Vårt problem är att ingen internt har haft mycket, om ens någon, erfarenhet av plattformen. Det som blev uppenbart snabbt var att Pixel Lab ville visa oss allt det kunde göra, alla underbara automatiseringar, arbetsflöden och potential som det kan låsa upp. Vad vi behövde var en snabbkurs på nybörjarnivå 101 för att hjälpa oss att ställa in saker korrekt, hjälpa oss att vänja oss vid plattformen och sedan gå vidare till mer avancerade funktioner när vi får mer förtroende. Vid flera tillfällen bad vi om att få sakta ner tempot, men varje gång återgick samtalet till vad plattformen kunde göra, inte vad vi behövde av den. Nu när vår onboardingperiod är över har vi varit tvungna att ta in en extern konsult för att hjälpa oss att ställa in saker efter våra behov, vilket med facit i hand förmodligen kunde ha undvikits.

Bra service

Danielle på Pixel Labs var ett nöje att arbeta med, mycket kunnig och gjorde hela processen mycket enkel. Vi skulle ha kämpat för att sätta upp allt själva så att arbeta med Pixel Labs var väl värt det.

Highly knowledgeable and supportive

Pixel Lab took us through the implementation and onboarding of Sales & Customer service hubs. This included helping us migrate information from a previous platform and ensure we set HubSpot up correctly to capture and report on our requirements. Claudia was amazingly knowledgeable, not only on the platform, but in guiding us through how it could work better for us if we slightly amended our processes. She made the transition as painless as possible.

Brilliant! Ellie was so helpful to me and my colleagues and always on hand with a solution...and if she didn't have one immediately she came back to us extremely quickly with one after our calls.

Thorough onboarding, great service

Danielle R was very knowledgeable and the sessions were structured well and informative. When I asked a few random questions that she couldn't answer, Danielle went away and found out the answer, always emailing me within a couple of hours. The sessions were very interactive and I'm sure the video of each session will come in useful in future.
