Building a funnel from the ground up

Working with Danielle at Pixel Lab has been an absolute game-changer. She helped me build a complete marketing funnel from the ground up and made what initially felt overwhelming totally manageable. Her expertise with HubSpot is impressive—she showed me easy, practical ways to use the platform that have already made a huge difference in how we manage leads and campaigns. What really stood out, though, was Danielle’s professionalism and kindness throughout the process. She worked around my schedule, was always patient and clear in her explanations, and made sure I felt supported at every step. It’s rare to find someone who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely thoughtful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows how to assist and cares about your success, I can’t recommend Danielle highly enough!

Not suitable for beginners

I'll start with a confession - as a business we were disorganised and lacked focus at times - the joys of being a company transitioning from start-up to scale-up. Pixel started great and clearly know HubSpot inside out, for anyone remotely familiar with the platform they can elevate you from good to great very quickly. Our issue is that no-one internally has had much, if any, experience with the platform. What became evident quickly is that Pixel Lab wanted to show us everything it could do, all the wonderful automations, workflows and potential it can unlock. What we needed was a beginners level 101 crash course to help us set things up correctly, help us get used to the platform and then move on to more advanced features as we gain in confidence. On several occasions we asked to slow things down, but on each occasion the conversation soon turned back to what it could do, not what we needed from it. Now that our onboarding period has come to an end we have had to bring in an external consultant to help us set things up as we need them, which in hindsight could probably have been avoided.

Danielle at Pixel Labs was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgable and made the whole process very easy. We would have struggled to set everything up ourselves so working with Pixel Labs was well worth it.

Highly knowledgeable and supportive

Pixel Lab took us through the implementation and onboarding of Sales & Customer service hubs. This included helping us migrate information from a previous platform and ensure we set HubSpot up correctly to capture and report on our requirements. Claudia was amazingly knowledgeable, not only on the platform, but in guiding us through how it could work better for us if we slightly amended our processes. She made the transition as painless as possible.

Thorough onboarding, great service

Danielle R was very knowledgeable and the sessions were structured well and informative. When I asked a few random questions that she couldn't answer, Danielle went away and found out the answer, always emailing me within a couple of hours. The sessions were very interactive and I'm sure the video of each session will come in useful in future.
