Jeg vil starte med en tilståelse - som virksomhed var vi uorganiserede og manglede til tider fokus - glæden ved at være en virksomhed, der overgår fra start-up til scale-up. Pixel startede godt og kender tydeligvis HubSpot ud og ind, og for alle, der kender lidt til platformen, kan de løfte dig fra god til fantastisk meget hurtigt. Vores problem er, at ingen internt har haft megen, hvis nogen, erfaring med platformen. Det blev hurtigt klart, at Pixel Lab ville vise os alt, hvad den kunne, alle de vidunderlige automatiseringer, arbejdsgange og det potentiale, den kan frigøre. Det, vi havde brug for, var et lynkursus på begynderniveau for at hjælpe os med at sætte tingene korrekt op, hjælpe os med at vænne os til platformen og derefter gå videre til mere avancerede funktioner, efterhånden som vi fik mere selvtillid. Ved flere lejligheder bad vi om at sætte tempoet ned, men hver gang vendte samtalen hurtigt tilbage til, hvad den kunne, og ikke hvad vi havde brug for. Nu, hvor vores onboarding-periode er slut, har vi været nødt til at få en ekstern konsulent til at hjælpe os med at sætte tingene op, som vi har brug for dem, hvilket set i bakspejlet nok kunne have været undgået.

Fantastisk service

Danielle fra Pixel Labs var en fornøjelse at arbejde sammen med, hun var meget vidende og gjorde hele processen meget nem. Vi ville have kæmpet med at sætte alt op selv, så det var det hele værd at arbejde med Pixel Labs.

Highly knowledgeable and supportive

Pixel Lab took us through the implementation and onboarding of Sales & Customer service hubs. This included helping us migrate information from a previous platform and ensure we set HubSpot up correctly to capture and report on our requirements. Claudia was amazingly knowledgeable, not only on the platform, but in guiding us through how it could work better for us if we slightly amended our processes. She made the transition as painless as possible.

Thorough onboarding, great service

Danielle R was very knowledgeable and the sessions were structured well and informative. When I asked a few random questions that she couldn't answer, Danielle went away and found out the answer, always emailing me within a couple of hours. The sessions were very interactive and I'm sure the video of each session will come in useful in future.
