Inizierò con una confessione: come azienda eravamo disorganizzati e a volte non ci concentravamo - le gioie di un'azienda che sta passando dalla fase di start-up a quella di scale-up. Pixel ha iniziato alla grande e chiaramente conosce HubSpot alla perfezione; per chiunque abbia un minimo di dimestichezza con la piattaforma, è in grado di portarvi da buoni a ottimi risultati molto rapidamente. Il nostro problema è che nessuno all'interno ha avuto molta, se non nessuna, esperienza con la piattaforma. È diventato subito evidente che Pixel Lab voleva mostrarci tutto ciò che poteva fare, tutte le meravigliose automazioni, i flussi di lavoro e il potenziale che può sbloccare. Avevamo bisogno di un corso intensivo per principianti, che ci aiutasse a configurare correttamente le cose, a prendere confidenza con la piattaforma e a passare alle funzioni più avanzate man mano che acquisivamo sicurezza. In diverse occasioni abbiamo chiesto di rallentare le cose, ma ogni volta la conversazione è tornata a parlare di ciò che poteva fare, non di ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Ora che il nostro periodo di onboarding è terminato, abbiamo dovuto ricorrere a un consulente esterno per aiutarci a configurare le cose secondo le nostre esigenze, cosa che, col senno di poi, probabilmente si sarebbe potuta evitare.

È stato un piacere lavorare con Danielle di Pixel Labs, molto competente e che ha reso l'intero processo molto semplice. Avremmo fatto fatica a configurare tutto da soli, quindi lavorare con Pixel Labs ne è valsa la pena.

Highly knowledgeable and supportive

Pixel Lab took us through the implementation and onboarding of Sales & Customer service hubs. This included helping us migrate information from a previous platform and ensure we set HubSpot up correctly to capture and report on our requirements. Claudia was amazingly knowledgeable, not only on the platform, but in guiding us through how it could work better for us if we slightly amended our processes. She made the transition as painless as possible.

Thorough onboarding, great service

Danielle R was very knowledgeable and the sessions were structured well and informative. When I asked a few random questions that she couldn't answer, Danielle went away and found out the answer, always emailing me within a couple of hours. The sessions were very interactive and I'm sure the video of each session will come in useful in future.
