Streamlines call management with instant HubSpot integration, though multiple popups can be annoying for callback situations
Makes life easier by immediately opening the call in HubSpot for entry.
Pops up immediately when call is received
Multiple pop ups for 1 conversation if you make a quick call back or don't catch call first time around.

Keep making it BETTER!
Wish 8x8 would integrate with HubSpot better. Like record phone calls and translate into script to log phone call info into HubSpot. The 8x8 platform needs some work in its integration with HubSpot.
Just started using the system.
Does not sync very well with HubSpot
