Auto-dialing nightmare makes this otherwise promising call tracking tool practically unusable despite great lead info features

It doesn't integrate well. Almost every time I open a Contact page it immediately starts dialing the first phone number it can. It's essentially made it useless for me. I can't risk dialing a contact when I'm not prepared. I wish this thing worked better. I WANT to use it.

What do you like?

Love that it pulls up the lead that's calling. Love that it logs a bunch of great info about the call.

What do you dislike?

Auto dialing without consent.
