The Missing Piece for Our Sales Process
This connector has been a game changer for our sales team and other internal processes. It's amazing to see data sync in nearly real-time, and the ability to send our product catalog from ConnectWise to HubSpot has ensured that our team is all working with the same information. The ability for me to login to the tool and set the sync myself when we add or change properties is also incredible.
The customer service has been fantastic. From testing the integration to resolving issues as they arise, we've had nothing but great experiences with their team. Access to the logs has also been a game changer, so we can see when and why a record isn't syncing the way that it should.
No major cons to report at this time. One thing I'd love to see in future updates is the ability to sync attachments between platforms and automatically set email and call tasks to closed when engagements pass from HubSpot to ConnectWise. But these are minor compared to all of the positives.
