Their AI tools have helped us in our most important support workflows
MyAskAI's AI Customer Support Agent has allowed us to implement AI in several key areas of our customer support workflow: chat, new tickets, and ongoing conversations. It was relatively easy to set up, and immediately helped us get support tickets resolved faster by getting the right answers delivered for our team to see and share as needed.
We are using this to plug our knowledge base into automated reply suggestions for our team via live chat, new incoming tickets, and ongoing conversations as well.
It was up and running very quickly, and the team is very responsive and helpful! They went above and beyond in doing some heavy lifting during our setup that was a big help in the process. The knowledge base is useful and up-to-date, and I was able to find my way and figure things our when I needed to for the most part.
You might have to set up an extra HubSpot user to get it how you want it, and the suggestions engine doesn't seem to be up to speed yet. Some minor quirks (like any software), but a really powerful AI tool that works well out of the box.
