Great intuitive tool with excellent support and all the right features for staffing and time usage monitoring
Operating is a great tool for managing your project staffing and monitor the performance of your business. It's very intuitive and provides a one-stop-shop for all things related to staffing.
Intuitive and comprehensive. The right features are implemented without a lot of clutter. EXTREMELY responsive team when it comes to support and small feature requests.
A few reports could do with some color-coding or other cues to support data visualization.

Solid Staffing Analysis Tool with Great Support
Operating is proving to be a solid tool for our team to manage staffing analysis based on our HubSpot deals. The team has been very responsive to support requests and areas of enhancement when it supports the full platform.
Ease of Integration to HubSpot, ease of setup/configuration, overall functionality
Some manual work is required to archive projects, more filtering in the horizon view (i.e. deal stage) would be helpful
