What you'll need to prepare:
- Enrollment criteria includes all tickets that DO NOT have a priority. You can add to the enrollment criteria by using a custom property, ticket source, specific customers, pipeline, etc.
- NOTE: Enrollment criteria includes tickets associated with contacts with a generic Company name. You can update to a specific company or remove this filter to enroll all tickets without a set priority.
- Priority is automatically set to "High." You can always change the priority level in the workflow.
