Dennis supported us in completely rebuilding our HubSpot setup, from the basic structure to the automations. Previously, we didn't have a consistent system that clearly mapped sales, customer status and evaluations. The clear structure of the CRM was particularly helpful: relevant properties, meaningful deal phases and a logic that allows us to reliably track our pipeline and the status of our customers. Dennis built the most important reports on this basis, so that we now have significantly more transparency and no longer have to make decisions "on instinct". Another key point was the connection to our payment and subscription processes: Dennis linked our setup with Stripe and n8n and structured the processes around invoices/subscriptions so that status changes (e.g. overdue invoices or subscription changes) arrive cleanly in the system and there is less manual rework. This has made our processes much more robust, and the collaboration was very efficient: fast implementation, clear communication and solutions that are really practical. Thanks to the handover and short training sessions, we can now continue to operate the system independently and expand it ourselves if necessary.
We worked with Dennis to structure and professionalize our HubSpot setup, starting with an analysis of our existing system, where it quickly became clear where we lacked transparency in the pipeline, clean data structures and automated processes. The next step was to rebuild our CRM, clearly define deal phases and create the most important reports. As a result, we now have a much better overview of our sales process and reliable figures for our decisions. Another important building block was the development of a Google Sheets interface via Make. This automatically synchronizes our inventory lists with HubSpot and eliminates the manual upload effort. This allows us to track test customers, active customers and cancellations in a much cleaner and more up-to-date way. We also planned and implemented a newsletter campaign together - from the structure to segmentation and dispatch. This enabled us to target our existing customers and evaluate campaigns professionally. With Jonathan, we went from a few loose automations to a clean, well thought-out system. He audited our existing HubSpot setup including Zapier workflows, removed unnecessary zaps and moved the important flows to n8n, which reduced costs and errors. In addition, he built integrations that automatically transfer manual Shopify orders and leads from our Klaviyo automations into HubSpot. We introduced Sales, Marketing and Content Hub Professional with Jonathan and at the same time moved our WordPress website to HubSpot. The automatic email processes for new customers, the deal automations in the pipeline and the individual module for booking trial training courses were particularly helpful: interested parties select age group and location and land directly in the appropriate calendar. This means we have less manual work, more overview and can now maintain content and processes much more easily ourselves in the HubSpot system.
