Great Service
I had the pleasure of working with Diego who made what could have been a complex and overwhelming system feel intuitive and manageable. His ability to break down technical concepts into clear, practical steps really stood out, and he ensured everyone felt confident using the platform by the end of the training. What impressed me most was his patience and adaptability to how our business structure operates. He took the time to answer every question thoroughly and tailored examples to real-world scenarios relevant to our work, which made the sessions highly engaging and useful. Their enthusiasm and deep knowledge of CRM systems were evident throughout. Thanks to his guidance, our team has not only improved efficiency but also gained a much better understanding of how to use CRM tools strategically. I would highly recommend Diego and Leadstreet to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, approachable, and effective trainer.

The smoothest collaboration in my 20-year career.
We collaborated with Koho Collective on a new website (www.ml6.eu) with a super-short deadline (2 months), while our branding was still being rolled out and we were building why flying. Together we decided that an agile approach would be the best. In short: it was the smoothest collaboration in my 20-year career. They were slightly more expensive than other competitors when we sent out our RFPs. But during the first call, it was immediately clear that they had read the whole 25-page briefing, the 60-page branding guidelines, and the branding proposal. Because critical follow-up questions came, such as "we've tested the branding, and for accessibility reasons we would have to make a choice towards XYZ, would you be ok with that? Etc. That's when I knew they were the right partner: they ping-pong ideas, they collaborate, and are a true challenger and partner. And they think in terms of solutions. With our very short -and let's be fair - very challenging deadline, I knew we were in the right hands. The next months were a delightful collaboration with Juaro on design, feedback loops, proposing changes, and thinking together about which ideas would work best, etc. And little by little, things were built, tested. etc. All with an open communication, problem-solving mindset, playfulness, and "ok, we're together in the trenches" mindset. In the end, the website was delivered one week later (because of internal approval flows).... but WE DID IT! And now, post-go-live, we still have a wonderful, responsive collaboration when we run into technical bugs or things we would like to change. Projects can be extremely stressful, with lots of miscommunication and agencies not having the best interests of their customers in mind... well, with Koho Collective, you are in EXCELLENT hands. Highly recommend! Lien De Leenheer, ML6
