We run a telephone answering service/call center business and manage a high volume of service tickets each day supporting our client base. Before working with Orange Marketing, our HubSpot setup made ticket management more difficult than it needed to be. Statuses lacked clarity, it was hard to track when clients had responded, and the portal felt disorganized rather than streamlined. Orange Marketing brought structure and logic to the system. Tickets now move automatically between statuses based on the most recent response. Our team has a clear way to manage tickets that are pending third-party input, and contact records have been cleaned and standardized. The help desk view is now organized in a way that keeps the inbox manageable and efficient. We also addressed several email deliverability challenges, including outdated contacts, bounced emails, and unsubscribe handling. Orange Marketing implemented a do-not-email workflow and improved our data hygiene, ensuring we avoid sending communications to the wrong contacts.
