Over the years, our partnership with PPC has significantly enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of both our sales and marketing teams through their deep expertise in HubSpot. True HubSpot Experts

I love working with the Process Pro team. We had worked with some other consultants in the past and despite the reputation of some of them, no one worked as diligently and with a true understanding of what needed to be done as Process Pro did. We started with an instance migrated inefficiently and ended up with a CRM that everyone is happy to work in now. This is all true even as someone who knows their way around many of the big CRMs quite well. Process Pro really brought a level of expertise we did not have internally and helped make us experts along the way.

Clear Funnel, Clean Data, and a Team We Trust

We partnered with Process Pro Consulting to help untangle a legacy HubSpot build with a large database and an unclear sales and marketing funnel. The challenge was real. Definitions were blurry, handoffs were inconsistent, and reporting was hard to trust. They delivered end-to-end RevOps support, including database clean-up, data governance, a redesigned sales and marketing process, and a completely reworked funnel and reporting structure. The funnel management work in particular was excellent and aligned fully with industry best practices. The team was extremely professional, responsive, and always on time. Having them lead working sessions and training directly with our sales team added a real sense of confidence and credibility to our RevOps function. I would absolutely recommend them.

PPC are HubSpot experts

Overview / Experience Process Pro has helped Fondo immensely in getting HubSpot to a place where it operates smoothly. They are extremely easy to work with and consistently quick to respond to questions or issues. Challenge We have a complex billing structure that is difficult to manage in HubSpot. Process Pro met this challenge head-on by designing workflows and processes that accommodate our edge cases and reduce friction in day-to-day operations. Services Provided They took a largely barebones HubSpot setup and built a thoughtful, automated system that removes a significant amount of manual work from our billing process. Outcome HubSpot is becoming a well-oiled machine that supports our complex business model. While there is still work to be done, we are very pleased with the progress made since the beginning. Team Experience The team consistently goes above and beyond. Communication is strong, and issues are resolved quickly. Overall Impression 10/10. Great Team

We’ve had a great experience working with Process Pro as our HubSpot consultant. Their team did an excellent job onboarding us to HubSpot and guiding a smooth transition from Salesforce, including rebuilding our workflows and deal creation processes in a way that actually fits how our sales team operates. Beyond the technical migration, Process Pro helped design and build multiple websites, and worked closely with us to create clear, scalable sales workflows and reporting. They also took the time to train our sales team, making sure HubSpot wasn’t just implemented, but fully adopted and understood.
