Incredible impact for small SaaS business
I truly cannot overstate the impact ProcessPro has made on our small business. When we met the team, we were a very small team (<5 employees), HubSpot power users (Sales & Mkg), and doing a lot of manual work reconciling data between core systems. We originally contracted with them for core API/integration work connecting our main internal customer system of record to HubSpot, which has enabled incredible efficiencies in data accuracy, customer comms, usage/health tracking, and more. We've since worked with them on other projects and a few others on the horizon - after seeing the success of our initial projects, it was an absolute no-brainer to continue. After everything is complete, they will have helped us redefine/rebuild lead/buyer journeys, migrate our ticketing to HubSpot service, sync subscription and payment data, and more, allowing HubSpot to be our team's central source of truth for critical customer, adoption, financial, revenue, and support data, in addition to our sales and marketing engine. As a small team with a limited budget, their work has delivered incredible ROI for our internal operations and served as a force multiplier for our capabilities and efficiency.
