It's game changer!

It really helps us keep customers and leads engaged, as our sales and CS teams can easily close the loop on each and every feedback. Easier said than done: Harvestr brings a clear context and data model to our product thinking process. And most of all, it's incredibly easy for our customer-facing teams to collect feedback. Any product management tool becomes useless as soon as feedback ins't coming in anymore... the Harvestr team tackled this internal adoption challenge from day 1 and it's working great for us : awesome HubSpot integration, slack, emails, front, chrome add-on... all the channels we need are here.
