This integration lets you use Microsoft Office 365 Excel in HubSpot in two ways:

• The first is through Data Studio, available with Professional and Enterprise plans. You can connect Microsoft Office 365 Excel alongside other data sources, combine and clean the data, create custom datasets, sync it to the CRM, export it, and use it in segments, workflows, and reports. This option is designed for users who want to prepare or transform their data before using it in HubSpot.

• The second is a new private beta available across all plans. It allows Free users to connect a Microsoft Office 365 Excel file and sync its data directly to the CRM, or store it in the source library. The source library acts as an intermediate layer where you can keep and manage data without immediately adding it to the CRM.

  In the future, you will also be able to use data stored in the source library directly in segments, workflows, and reports without first mapping it to CRM objects. This functionality is still in development and is not included in the current beta.
