After a HubSpot admin connects the app, agents can use authorized HubSpot tools to find customer records, read contact, company, and deal details, create new CRM records, and update existing records when the user asks them to.

This helps sales, support, and operations teams turn HubSpot data into repeatable agent workflows. For example, an agent can look up a customer before a follow-up, prepare account research, create a new contact or company from user-provided information, or keep deal details up to date. OOMOL uses HubSpot OAuth permissions to control access, and agents can only use the HubSpot tools authorized for the connected account.
