An app with a lot of potential, but completely lacking in anything useful at this time
We first found Thena when looking for a way to get Slack conversations into Intercom, our previous support solution. It worked flawlessly for that purpose. When moving to HubSpot, it's become unusable, because there's no two-way sync between conversations, like there was with the Intercom integration.
We want to get customer conversations from Slack into HubSpot so that our Support Team, who work strictly out of HubSpot, can support our clients.
Simple to use, fantastic support.
Does not provide anything very useful for integrating Slack to HubSpot (and back again).
