The past few months working with Morgan and the Novocy team have been nothing short of revolutionary for our business. We came to them after a difficult experience with a previous HubSpot partner that left us with a system that simply wasn't fit for purpose. In hindsight, we didn't even realise how much functionality hadn't been properly thought through or built until Novocy stepped in. Novocy has helped us move forward in leaps and bounds, finally helping us to turn HubSpot into the software powerhouse we were originally promised. Our approach was two-phased: first, they solved our immediate issues so we could survive our busiest season; then, they began the work to redesign and build HubSpot for the future. By accurately diagnosing our core issues and implementing quick fixes to maximise utility for January, they directly helped us break our all-time business records. More recently, we have worked together to properly design and build out the system, and we are currently in the implementation phase. Throughout the process, Morgan has been a true professional—calm, insightful, and a genuine pleasure to collaborate with. He has gone above and beyond, personally helping me launch HubSpot with the team, leading training sessions, and patiently answering every question or issue raised by the NITGB team. In a word, he has been excellent. While we are still in the final stages of full implementation, the output so far has been incredibly positive. It has completely shifted our perspective on what is possible for our business through software and technology. HubSpot Revamp: Good People, Expert Knowledge

Novocy have led our HubSpot rework and supported on integrations with PandaDoc and Business Central, and the quality of delivery has been spot on. We worked closely with Sam throughout and the experience has been consistently strong. Sam has an unusually deep understanding of HubSpot, and a very clear instinct for how systems should be designed to actually work in practice. He’s sharp on detail, strong on best practice, and able to translate real-world requirements into clean, usable solutions without over engineering. Even when we throw last-minute changes or complete pivots into the mix, he stays calm and always solutions-focused. Communication is straightforward, very collaborative and refreshingly human, which makes complex work feel far less painful than it usually is. Exceptional HubSpot CRM Implementation and Ongoing Support

We engaged Novocy in August 2025 to support the implementation of HubSpot across our Sales, Customer Service and Marketing hubs. This was our first CRM system, so choosing the right partner was critical. From the outset, Huw and the team demonstrated a strong understanding of HubSpot and the practical realities of implementing a CRM within a growing organisation. Their approach was structured, pragmatic and focused on adoption and outcomes, not just configuration. A particular mention must go to Jack, who has been pivotal in getting us fully up and running, supported closely by Cara. Together, they led the hands-on setup, delivered training across the business, and ensured our teams understood not just how to use HubSpot, but how to get real value from it day to day. As a result, we now have a CRM that is fully embedded across the business and supports how we actually operate.
