Halvfærdig integration med begrænset funktionalitet, der blegner i sammenligning med Slack - alt for kompleks opsætning for minimale resultater
Det er lovende, men på nuværende tidspunkt er det så grundlæggende en integration, som man kan få. Der er begrænset information og data, der synkroniseres med minimal konfiguration/tilpasning. Med webinar-integrationen kan du f.eks. kun synkronisere navn, e-mail, jobtitel og organisationsnavn. Og hvis du opretter en formular til at tilmelde dig et webinar via HubSpot, kan den ikke synkroniseres, hvis du gør andre felter obligatoriske! Hvis du vil bruge godkendelsesfunktionen til tilmelding til webinarer i Teams, vil det desuden forhindre automatisk synkronisering af kontakter, når de er godkendt til tilmelding, og du er tvunget til at synkronisere manuelt med jævne mellemrum. Resten af integrationen er meget tilfældig. Indtil videre er det lykkedes os at få HubSpot-agenten til at fungere i Teams, den førnævnte webinar-synkronisering og muligheden for at sende beskeder til enkeltpersoner, men efter en stor indsats mangler vi stadig at få integrationen til at fungere med kanaler/teams. Alt for kompleks opsætning med begrænset funktionalitet. Sammenlignet med Slack er det nat og dag.
